Property Watch: E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences Is Delivered and Open

The 65-story Park West tower completed in June 2026 with about 400 deeds recorded. Its hotel and day club phase in toward year-end with no published key count.

A 2021 Start Reaches Its June 2026 Delivery

E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences reads as an open building. The tracker card carries Now Open, a start of 11 November 2021 and a June 2026 completion, verified 24 October 2026.

The team block lists five companies. E11EVEN Partners and Property Markets Group are developers, Sieger Suarez Architects is architect of record, EDSA is landscape architect and John Moriarty & Associates is contractor. Contact details for each sit behind the Pro gate.

The Dated Record, Entry by Entry

Five milestone entries carry dates. Announced 2021 estimate. Broke ground 11 November 2021. Financing secured February 2022 as a $148.5 million construction loan from a Starwood Property Trust affiliate, sourced to The Real Deal. Topped out February 2025 at roughly 700 feet and 65 stories in Park West, sourced to Florida YIMBY and PROFILEmiami. Resident move-in 6 March 2026, first deeds recorded that date, with Tower One delivered February 2026. Opened June 2026, Tower One complete at about 400 deeds recorded and residents closing and moving in, sourced to The Real Deal on 22 June 2026.

The page keeps five entries public and holds four more behind the Pro gate. The commissioning dates for the hotel and the day club sit among the four.

What Is Open Today on the Site

The residence side carries the evidence. About 400 deeds recorded by the June 2026 entry, which is the only occupancy signal the page publishes. The hotel and day-club components phase in toward year-end, attached to that same June 2026 entry. The page publishes no month for the phase-in.

The amenity description names three items. A rooftop pool. A Chopra Spa. A nightlife venue. The same string names studio to two-bedroom units and penthouse collections. No lobby, restaurant count, meeting space or service model appears in the record.

The Hotel and Day Club Sit in the Phase-In

Two components carry a season and no date. The phase-in sentence hangs off the June 2026 milestone, so year-end means the year-end of the delivery year. No completion entry follows either component.

The room count is the larger gap. The page publishes 456 residences and 65 floors. The card and the structured data behind it carry 456 as the residential count. The page carries no key count for the hotel.

Tower One Is the Building the Record Dates

The description calls the project a dual-tower complex. Every dated milestone names Tower One. The February 2026 delivery is Tower One. The roughly 400 deeds are Tower One. The topping out at 65 stories is Tower One.

The second tower carries no separate delivery entry on the page. The record covers the tower it dates.

Four Markers That Would Close the File

A hotel key count with a room and suite mix. A named operating entity or management company for the hotel. Commissioning dates for the hotel and the day club. A published split of amenity access between residents and hotel guests.

Each marker is checkable. None of them is on the public page.

The Trading Set Around the Address
