Six hotel partners, six links, one tracking code

Six hotels carry the Coconut Grove Arts Festival's preferred partner list for 13-15 February 2027. The page publishes logos, links and no rate, block or cut-off.

Six logos on the accommodations page

The Coconut Grove Arts Festival names six Preferred Hotel Partners. The list sits on the festival's accommodations page, last modified on 24 December 2025.

The six are The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Miami, The Mutiny Hotel, Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove, Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, Arya Hotel & Suites and Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove.

Each partner appears as a logo image with an empty alt attribute, and each logo sits inside a link. The links resolve to ritzcarlton.com, providentresorts.com, mrccoconutgrove.com, mayfairhousemiami.com, aryahotel.us and marriott.com.

What the placement publishes

The page places all six near the grounds and prints no distance for any of them. The festival site runs along McFarlane Road, South Bayshore Drive and Pan American Drive, with 2700 S. Bayshore Drive as the published address.

The page carries no rate for the weekend, no room block, no cut-off date and no minimum stay. The published return is the tile, the link and the position on the festival's own accommodations page.

One of the six links carries a tracking parameter. The Courtyard URL ends in a Marriott scid string. The other five URLs carry none, so the traffic they send arrives unattributed.

The numbers the pitch rests on

The association's partners page carries three counters. They read 55,000 attendees, 62 years running and 72.4 million media impressions. That page was last modified on 26 January 2026.

The same page sells custom sponsorship packages. Its wording is that packages are developed to fit a company's individual needs. It tells a sponsor the branding reaches a highly affluent South Florida audience.

The page publishes no tier, no price and no deadline. Its copy credits partner support with defining the festival as a “world-class event” for more than a half-century.

The first counter reads 62 years running. The festival's own header names the coming edition the 63rd Annual.

Where the proceeds land

The festival is produced by the Coconut Grove Arts and Historical Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Proceeds fund year-round arts programs.

The published lines are itemised. $75,000 in scholarship support goes to 15 graduating seniors from local public magnet arts high schools each year. The association marks the program's 28th anniversary. A Florida International University award disburses $30,000 among 10 winners each academic year through 2026, and $90,000 across the three-year span.

New World School of the Arts has held a booth since 1990. Student work sells at $100 and the profit splits between student and school. The association puts the total raised near $100,000. The Emerging Artists program runs two years of mentorship.

The second door on the same page

A banner below the six tiles offers a wider set of hotels and opens a housing portal at event.klerk.com. The portal renders the festival name, the address 2700 S. Bayshore Drive and a window of 14 to 16 February 2026.

Its hotel line reads 0 negotiated rates before a date search. No property list and no rate appears until a guest enters dates and guest counts.

That window belongs to the 2026 edition. The 2027 festival runs 13 to 15 February.

What to ask before signing

Ask for the placement term in writing. Name the pages, the position and the length of the run.

Ask whether a block forms part of the deal. A block needs a rate, a room count and a release date, and the festival page publishes none of the three.

Ask what comes back as reporting. A tracking parameter on one of six links measures one property's referral traffic.

None of the six URLs carries a group code or a rate code. A guest who clicks through books at whatever rate the property's own site returns.

Ask which nights the property expects to fill. The festival covers Saturday, Sunday and Monday, and a guest who works all three needs Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

The weekend the deal sits on

The 63rd festival runs Saturday 13, Sunday 14 and Monday 15 February 2027. Gates open at 10 a.m. each day. Saturday and Sunday close at 6 p.m. Monday closes at 5 p.m. The Monday is Presidents Day.

The list is live now. A property can read the current terms on the page today and hold them against the weekend it is being sold.
