500 tables at $130: Florida Gun Shows refills three Fair Expo halls

The two-day firearms and outdoors show fills Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille at the Miami-Dade fairgrounds on 7-8 November, then returns on 9 January.

Five markets carry five table counts

The exhibitor page lists the promoter's markets with a table count beside each one. Tampa carries 800 tables at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Orlando carries 700 at the Central Florida Fairgrounds. Miami carries 500 at the Miami-Dade Fairgrounds. Ft. Myers carries 500 at the Lee Civic Center. Palmetto carries 400 at the Bradenton Area Convention Center.

Five markets appear in that block. The promoter's home page also links a separate north Florida site.

The schedule page prints different venue names for two of the five. It gives Mike Greenwell Regional Park for Ft. Myers and Bradenton Convention Center for Palmetto. The exhibitor block prints the two names above.

Miami's 500 tables fill Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille on the venue's dated calendar for 7 and 8 November 2026.

One table price across the state

The vendor page publishes a standard 8 foot table. The aisle rate is $130. The wall rate is $140, and the page states that wall tables are not guaranteed.

Five hundred aisle tables at $130 come to $65,000 of table fees if every table sells at that rate. The wall step adds $10 a table. That is $5,000 across the same 500 tables.

The two rates apply in all five markets. The vendor page carries no market-specific price line.

The gate carries a market price

The schedule page prints admission beside every dated weekend. Eight Miami weekends carry $17.00. The other 31 priced weekends carry $15.00. Twenty-three weekends on the 62 row schedule carry no show.

Miami is the only market on the $17 line. The delta is $2 a ticket, which is 13.33 percent of the $15 rate.

Thirty-nine priced weekends appear on the calendar. Miami holds eight of them, which is 20.5 percent.

The cancellation date for the November show

The exhibitor page runs a four-step ladder. A cancellation received two weeks before the show date carries no fee. Inside the two-week window the fee is 50 percent of the table price. A cancellation on the Friday or the Saturday of the show carries 100 percent. A no-call no-show carries 100 percent and the rolling deposit on file.

Two weeks before Saturday 7 November 2026 falls on Saturday 24 October 2026. That date fixes the table count a property can price.

What the three halls hold

The venue publishes a specification page for Arnold Hall and Reilly Coliseum. The floor runs 77,940 square feet. The stated capacity is 7,460 people. Published ceiling clearance is 20 ft to 26 ft. The floor load is 150 pounds per square foot.

The building is air conditioned. It carries a show office, an in-house restaurant and dining area, a meeting room and public restrooms. Reilly Coliseum can be separated from Arnold Hall or run as one integrated area.

The Fair Expo Grille carries no specification page. The venue lists six facilities: Arnold Hall and Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall, the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion, the Blue Ribbon Room and Carousel Room, the Main Entrance Building and the Fairgrounds. The Fair Expo Grille appears on event listings and carries no facility page of its own.

The halls refill on a short clock

The promoter's schedule dates Miami eight times between 7 November 2026 and 6 November 2027. The gaps run 63 days to 9 January, 49 days to 27 February, 56 days to 24 April, 35 days to 29 May, 49 days to 17 July, 63 days to 18 September and 49 days to 6 November 2027.

November is an annual Miami date. The 2026 show runs 7 and 8 November. The 2027 show runs 6 and 7 November.

The venue calendar dates the same three halls to Florida Gun Shows on 7 and 8 November 2026 and again on 9 and 10 January 2027. The Construction Ready Skills Challenge takes the same three halls on 19 November, which is 11 days after the gun show closes.

What a hotel keeps from the page

Four numbers are published and usable. The table count is 500. The aisle rate is $130. The cancellation line is 24 October. The return date is 9 January.

The badge rule sets the exhibitor head-count ceiling. A vendor receives two badges on the first table and one badge on each additional table. Five hundred single-table vendors would hold 1,000 badges. One vendor holding all 500 tables would hold 501.

Two setup windows are published. Friday runs 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday runs 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. The Saturday window closes 30 minutes before the 9 a.m. gate. Armed and licensed security runs from Friday setup to Sunday tear down.

The event page prints the site as 10901 SW 24th St, Miami, FL 33165. The venue footer prints 10901 Coral way, miami, fl 33165. The ZIP code is the same on both pages.

A property selling to this floor holds one date it can quote and one it can price. The 24 October cancellation line fixes the count of tables that will actually open. The 9 January date fixes the second booking.
