The hotels get one session at The Real Deal Miami Real Estate Forum. It runs at 1:30pm on Wednesday 4 November on the Main Stage at Mana Wynwood Convention Center. The organiser's home page puts the crowd at "6,000+ professionals" across the two days.
The session title runs long: "Reservation Required: How Restaurants, Retail, and Hotels Add Value to Miami Real Estate". Three names carry it.
Comras, Winkler and Horev
Michael Comras, President and CEO of The Comras Company. Zach Winkler, Executive Managing Director of South Florida Retail Brokerage at JLL. Omer Horev, Founder and CEO of Horev Hospitality and Pura Vida Miami.
The session page prints those three names and titles. It names no moderator.
The premise the page prints
"Across Miami, restaurants, retail, and hospitality have become essential drivers of successful real estate development. More than amenities, they create destinations, activate neighborhoods, and shape how people live, work, and experience the city."
The page says the panel takes in "leasing strategy and placemaking", consumer trends and "the growing influence of experiential retail and hospitality". It closes on why "the right operators have become one of the most valuable assets in shaping Miami's next generation of neighborhoods".
3pm follows with the clubs
"Members Only: The Clubification of Miami Real Estate" takes the same stage at 3pm. Pablo De Ritis, Co-Founder and President of Faena Rose. Ricardo Dunin, listed as Founder and CEO of Oak Capital on the session page and as "North Development / Oak Capital, Founding Partner" on the speakers page. Allie Eichner, President of Continuum Company.
That page names branded residences, hospitality-driven development, private clubs, exclusive memberships and lifestyle programming.
Two session pages, no prices
Both session pages print four paragraphs of description. Neither one carries a rent, a rate, a per-square-foot figure, a rent roll or a lease term. The event site publishes its money on the registration page: passes at $800 All-Access, $400 VIP and $275 General Admission, a $100 Power Breakfast add-on and a $75 Top Agents & Brokerages Reception add-on.
Both panels hold a 30-minute main stage slot. The 1:30 session runs to 2pm. The 3pm session runs to 3:30pm. Two sessions sit between them, "The Global Buyer: Where Miami's Next Wave of Investment Starts" at 2pm and "How to Keep Businesses #MovingToMiami: Who Is Leasing and Why?" at 2:30pm.
One title in the whole grid
Search the two-day grid for the word hotel and one line returns: the 1:30pm session on Day 1. Day 2 carries no session with the word in its title, on either stage. Its nearest neighbours are "The Condo Reckoning: How to Bring South Florida's Aging Apartments Into the Future" at 11:30am and "Inside Miami Multifamily: A Conversation with CEO's Tillman (PTM Partners) and Barrocas (MNS)" at 12:30pm on the Innovation Stage.
The block behind the panels
The forum books four properties. AC Hotel Miami Brickell, Moxy Miami Wynwood, Arlo Wynwood and Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay sit inside "a 15-minute drive ride to Mana Wynwood" on the organiser's travel page. No rate is printed on any of the four links.
The Arlo link carries arrive=2026-11-03, depart=2026-11-06 and group=TheRealDeal2026. The Marriott Biscayne Bay link opened a Passkey page reading "November 3, 2026 - November 5, 2026" and "WEBSITE IS NOW CLOSED" on 20 October. The forum itself runs on the nights of 4 and 5 November.
The venue and the lot
Mana Wynwood Convention Center sits at 318 NW 23rd St. The forum uses the Convention Center and Mana 320, the space across the parking lot that holds both Power Breakfasts, the 4pm Wednesday Top Agents & Brokerages Reception and the 6pm Thursday afterparty.
The venue lot holds 240 vehicles inside a published "400+ available parking spaces". Rates run $10 to $50 by day of the week and payment falls due on entry. The organiser's FAQ says the lot fills quickly and recommends a ride share.
Three terms the programme leaves open
No session description prints a headcount, a room assignment beyond "Main Stage", or a speaker line beyond the panel names. The schedule page carries one warning above the grid: "*Schedule subject to change". The organiser's terms allow it to change speakers, content, programme and venue "at any time and for any reason".
The hotel session runs 30 minutes, on Wednesday afternoon, on the Main Stage.
