One day on a dense calendar
The Indiana Convention Center lists the ABC Health & Fitness Expo for Saturday, 10 October 2026. The venue gives doors at 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Exhibit Hall A as the room, and a forecast of 2,000.
The venue calendar carries 12 events from 22 September to 15 October. Nine of the 12 run two to four days. Three run one day, and the expo is one of the three.
FullScale Symposium and the American Dental Association Scientific Sessions close on the same Saturday. The FullScale registration desk shuts at 1:15 p.m. The ADA registration desk and exhibit hall shut at 1:30 p.m.
The published scale
The organiser's own line on the venue page reads 200 vendor spaces in total, with 60-plus businesses waiting for the vendor form. Its Eventbrite listing carries a second line at 150-plus vendors.
The organiser's own site states the expo unites 5,000-plus attendees. The venue publisher stays at 2,000.
The ICCLOS Facility Guide, revised April 2026, gives Hall A at 211 booths of 10 feet by 10 feet across 44,400 square feet under a 35-foot ceiling.
What the hotel side carries
The expo publishes no room block, no block rate and no cut-off date. Attendees book on the open market.
Downtown holds 7,100 hotel rooms, and 4,700 of them connect to the building by skywalk.
Downtown Indianapolis ran 64.7 percent occupancy at an average daily rate of $209.11 and revenue per available room of $135.20. The Downtown Indy Alliance snapshot cites CoStar and STR data, and Bradford Allen republished it on 19 March 2026.
Engine puts the Indianapolis October average rate at $134 a night, 5 percent above the city average of $128 across 1.2 million rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026.
Supply lands after the date
The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis takes reservations for stays beginning 1 February 2027, per a venue news item dated 21 April 2026. The venue states 800 rooms, and Visit Indy states 803 rooms in its construction update. Visit Indy schedules completion in the fourth quarter of 2026. The hotel connects to the center by skywalk and sits on the Georgia Street promenade.

Free dates inside the 22 September to 15 October window are 23 and 24 September, 2 and 3 October, and 11 October.
Three items belong on the list. A one-day consumer show forecast at 2,000 with no published rate. A Saturday that closes two multi-day meetings in the same building. An 800-room headquarters hotel taking February 2027 bookings.
