Four buildings on one Friday
The Miami Grit Classic takes Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille from Friday 12 February to Monday 15 February 2027. The venue calendar assigns the Miami Winter International Open 2027, a jiu-jitsu tournament, to the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion from 12 to 14 February.
The meet covers levels 1 to 10 and six Xcel tiers. The organiser publishes sixteen division result files for the 2026 meet, one per level and one per tier. The grounds sit at 10901 SW 24th Street, Miami, FL 33165.
What each hall carries
Arnold Hall and Reilly Coliseum share a 77,940 square foot structure with a published capacity of about 7,460 people. Ceiling clearance runs 20 feet to 26 feet. The floor takes 150 pounds per square foot. The building carries air conditioning, a sound system, a show office, a meeting room and an in-house restaurant and dining area. Reilly Coliseum separates from Arnold Hall or runs as one floor.
Edwards Hall gives 35,581 square feet and about 5,083 people at 25 to 26 feet of clearance. The two halls put 113,521 square feet under the gym floor and 12,543 people of published building capacity behind it.
The E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion gives 49,000 square feet and about 6,920 people at 23 to 26 feet of clearance. It holds a show office, two food service areas, a storage room and a covered walkway into Arnold Hall. That walkway carries the jiu-jitsu cohort to the gymnastics halls without a street crossing.
The weekend before fills all five
The Tri-County Volleyball Challenge holds Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Fuchs Pavilion, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 February 2027. The same event held the same five spaces on 30 and 31 January. Three halls with published dimensions total 162,521 square feet.
The volleyball weekend closes on Sunday 7 February. The gymnastics meet opens on Friday 12 February. Four days sit between the two for teardown and build.
The February calendar turns the same halls twice more. The M-DCPS Technical College Career Expo takes Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille on 18 and 19 February. Florida Gun Shows takes the same three spaces on 27 and 28 February. Two days follow the Grit close on 15 February before the next booking.
Two cohorts, one grounds
The grounds page lists five vehicle entrances, a rideshare point at Coral Way and 112th Avenue, and a handicap drop-off at the main entrance. A note under the list states that those entrances apply to the annual Youth Fair and may not apply to Fair Expo Center events.
The Grit page publishes no session clock, admission price or parking price for 2027. It states that parking and logistics information is to be announced.
The venue licenses the grounds to outside promoters. Each building page carries the same line: the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition, Inc. is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, any activity on its fairgrounds.
The housing side
The organiser routes housing to Team Travel Source, with a Book or Hold Rooms link on its page. The organiser states that two international airports sit within an hour of the venue and that 100 or more hotels and restaurants operate nearby. No property is named and no nightly rate is published.
Entry closes on Monday 2 November 2026. The organiser prints one line on the 2027 page: last year's event sold out.
