The Mana Wynwood Convention Center hands its floor to a consumer show on Saturday 24 October. Got Sole Miami runs a sneaker, streetwear, trading card and collectibles market. The organiser's poster prints 12-6PM. The venue's own calendar reads Sat, Oct 24, 12:00 PM. The venue address is 318 NW 23rd Street.
The organiser publishes 5,000+ people on the Miami page and 5000+ attendees on its FAQ. The same organiser's terms describe attendance figures as good-faith estimates. Treat the gate as a projection and staff to the clock.
The venue publishes its own book
The home page carries a by-the-numbers block: 1,000-plus events since 2016 and 100,000 total sq footage. The event-spaces page describes the convention center as a 100,000 sq ft air-conditioned facility split into two rooms, the Event Hall and the Sound Stadium.
Those two rooms carry their own sizes. The Event Hall measures 45,000 sq ft. The Sound Stadium measures 35,000 sq ft. The pair adds to 80,000 sq ft, which leaves 20,000 sq ft of the facility line unaccounted on the pages that publish both.
Capacities are published as standing figures, approximately 5,000 in the Event Hall and approximately 4,000 in the Sound Stadium. A forecast of 5,000-plus sits at or above either single room. The hall assignment for 24 October is unpublished.
The lot carries the only published price
Parking runs in a 240-vehicle lot adjacent to the convention center. The directions page also states 400-plus available spaces including ADA spaces. Both figures sit on the same page, and neither is labelled a subset of the other.
Entrances are on NW 23rd Street between NW 5th Avenue and NW 2nd Avenue, and on NW 2nd Avenue between NW 23rd Street and NW 22nd Street. The daily rate ranges between $10 and $50 depending on the day of the week. Payment is due upon entry with limited time duration. VIP and valet parking run during certain events on request, by telephone.
The venue names no day of the week against a rate. A desk pricing the 24 October arrival asks the venue for that date's figure.
The calendar turns over every week
The venue's public list runs one booking after another. III Points 2026 took 16-17 October. Got Sole Miami holds 24 October. The Miami Real Estate Forum runs 4-5 November at 10:00 AM. Time to Drive: Miami Car and Watch Fest runs Friday 6 November at 6:00 PM from $65. The 28th Annual Best Buddies Miami Gala runs Saturday 14 November at 7:00 PM with admission required. Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami run 2-6 December. LIFE TIME Miami Marathon and Half runs Friday 29 January 2027 at 12:00 PM from $75.
Two of those entries carry a price line. The Got Sole entry carries none.
What lands on the hotel
The published date is a Saturday. The demand sits on a weekend night, and the venue's own midweek booking in the same stretch is the real estate forum on 4-5 November.
The show runs six hours, noon to 6 PM. A guest can arrive at noon and leave by 6 PM the same day. A property can sell an early arrival against the noon open, a bag hold through the afternoon, and a late checkout against the 6 PM close.
The organiser's pages and the venue's calendar carry no room block, host hotel, cut-off date or shuttle. The venue publishes two transit anchors: 7.1 miles from Miami International Airport and 6.9 miles from the Amtrak station. The same page places a Metrorail Orange Line stop at Culmer Station and calls it a short ride from Wynwood.
A routing-engine drive from the airport to the venue measures 9.43 miles and 21.5 minutes of free-flow time. The venue's published 7.1 miles and that measurement differ by 2.33 miles, so a transfer quote carries both with their publishers named.
What nobody published
Admission price: none. The Miami page, the FAQ page, the events page and the terms page carry no ticket price. The venue calendar prints a From figure for two neighbouring events and prints none for this one.
Attendance beyond 5,000-plus: none. Hall assignment: none. Room block: none. Day-use or hourly inventory at the venue: none published.
The organiser's terms, effective 19 April 2026, carry the governing sentence in the sponsorship section: Performance estimates, reach numbers, attendance figures, and similar projections are good-faith estimates only, are not guaranteed. That sentence covers the one number a hotel would plan against.
The read for the desk
Price one night, Saturday 24 October. Ask the venue for that date's lot rate instead of quoting the $10 to $50 band. Ask the organiser for the hall assignment before quoting a group walk-up. Hold the noon open as the arrival line and the 6 PM close as the departure line.
