A Crusade Books the Fairgrounds for Four Midweek Nights

The Fair Expo Center calendar lists the Living Proof Crusade on the grounds for 7 to 10 February 2027, four midweek nights with services at 6:30 PM. The ministry publishes no block, rate or cut-off, and 54 mapped hotel records sit within 8 km.

The venue's own line on the booking

The Fair Expo Center calendar lists Living Proof Crusade - Mario Murillo Ministries for 7 to 10 February 2027, on the Grounds, with times 6:30 PM to 9 PM. The venue marks the booking NEW EVENT AT THIS VENUE and links mariomurillo.org.

The grounds page describes an 80-acre facility with permanent overhead lighting, 22 acres of asphalt, restrooms and showers, and underground water, sewer, electrical and phone connections that include hookups for 400 recreational vehicles. The venue is non-union. The main expo page gives the footprint as 86 acres. Both figures sit on the venue's own site, each on its own page.

The ministry gives the address as 10901 Coral Way. The venue directions page gives 10901 SW 24th Street, Miami 33165, with five vehicle entrances. That page limits those entrances to the annual Youth Fair.

Four nights and no weekend

7 February 2027 is a Sunday. The run closes on Wednesday 10 February. Checkout falls on Thursday 11 February. Doors open at 5:30 PM. Service begins at 6:30 PM. The venue row ends the night at 9 PM. Service runs 2 hours 30 minutes a night and 10 hours across the run.

That shape puts four room nights on Sunday through Wednesday. The run holds no Friday night and no Saturday night.

The corridor's February calendar

The Tri-County Volleyball Challenge runs 30 to 31 January and again 6 to 7 February across Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Fuchs Pavilion, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille. The crusade runs on the grounds 7 to 10 February. The Miami Grit Classic runs 12 to 15 February across Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille. The Miami Winter International Open for jiu-jitsu runs 12 to 14 February in the Fuchs Pavilion. The M-DCPS Technical College Career Expo runs 18 to 19 February. Florida Gun Shows runs 27 to 28 February.

The crusade's Sunday night is the volleyball challenge's closing day. The next booking opens on 12 February, two days after the crusade's last service.

The roster within reach

OpenStreetMap carries 54 hotel records within 8 km of the grounds, 11 within 5 km and 2 within 3 km, read on 19 October 2026. Four of those records carry no name.

Comfort Suites Miami Kendall at 3901 SW 117th Avenue is the nearest named property at 2.26 km on a straight line, and 2.56 miles and 6.9 minutes by road in free-flow conditions. Courtyard Miami at Dolphin Mall sits 3.90 km out. A Marriott record at 8400 SW 8th Street sits 4.08 km out. Hilton Garden Inn at 1695 NW 111th Avenue sits 4.38 km, Holiday Inn Express Doral 4.39 km, DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Doral 4.54 km and Residence Inn Miami Northwest 4.55 km.

Those distances run straight line from the venue record, except the road pair named for the nearest property. Miami International Airport sits 8.67 miles and 21.2 minutes free flow from the grounds by the same read.

No rate fence to match

A rate fence needs three published items: a rate, a date range and a property name. The ministry publishes none of the three for Miami. Its record carries no room block, no group rate, no booking code and no cut-off. Its one lodging pointer is a maps link for hotels near the venue. The venue publishes the booking row and no lodging term.

A corridor property therefore has no published fence to align this run with. A group rate has to be asked for directly.

What a property can size

The event publishes no attendance forecast and no capacity figure. The venue row carries no forecast figure.

Demand reads off the published clocks and one published rule. Four nights, doors at 5:30 PM, service at 6:30 PM, an end at 9 PM, free admission, and seating that is first come, first served. The seating rule puts group arrivals in the hour before service, on all four nights.

The grounds page lists overhead lighting, restrooms and showers, and 400 recreational vehicle hookups. The organiser publishes no on-grounds overnight option. A property should not count those hookups as room nights.

What to watch

Occupancy: no published series for this corridor surfaced in the sources read this run. A property tracking the run takes its own numbers for the four nights and sets them against the same nights of the prior year.

Eleven of the 54 mapped records sit within 5 km. The other 43 sit between 5 and 8 km out.

The rate question has one check a property can run this month. Ask the ministry whether it intends to publish a block. Record the answer with the date it was asked.
