Accor Puts Pullman Offices Up for Sale in Dubai
Accor signed Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan with Dubai developer CITYVIEW Developments. The two parties announced the signing at FHS World 2026 in Dubai, which opened on 29 September. The development is scheduled to open in 2029.
The project carries 282 Pullman-branded residences and a block of branded offices in one destination. Accor states the offices are the first branded offices it has put up for sale.
The claim behind the offices
CITYVIEW calls the office element the world's first branded office concept under an international hospitality brand. The two signatories made the claim in their release. No independent register of branded office concepts stands behind it.
Iskander Enikeev, CITYVIEW's director of commercial strategy, said the offices bring hospitality standards, service culture and experience into the workplace. He said CITYVIEW intends to integrate AI-driven solutions into the office environment.
What the offices do for the Accor One Living pipeline
The development runs under Accor One Living, Accor's mixed-use arm. Daniel von Barloewen, senior vice president for global mixed-use development at Accor One Living, said the project brings the Pullman brand across the residences and the offices through design, amenities, services and operations.
Camil Yazbeck, Accor's global chief development officer for the premium, midscale and economy division, called the signing a milestone. He said the group extends hospitality expertise into a new commercial real estate segment.
What the development carries
The residences run from one to four bedrooms. The amenity set covers meetings and events space, a screening room, a games room, an outdoor children's area, a padel court, three food and drink concepts, and fitness and wellness facilities.
Homeowners enter the Accor Owner Benefits Programme, which carries privileges at participating Accor hotels and resorts.
Meydan Horizon and the drive times
The site sits at Meydan Horizon. The developers place it about five minutes from Downtown Dubai, five to ten minutes from the Dubai International Financial Centre and 15 to 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport. Enikeev named views towards Burj Khalifa and over the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
The partnership already on the books
Accor and CITYVIEW already run Hyde Residences Dubai Hills in the UAE, HYDE Hotel Bodrum in Turkiye, ibis Styles Tbilisi Center in Georgia and Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel in Georgia.
Pullman Hotels & Resorts operates more than 150 properties across more than 40 countries, with more than 60 new addresses in its pipeline.
