The account returns to the same building
ATD OrgDev runs Tuesday 29 September to Thursday 1 October 2026 at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Ave. The venue lists Sagamore 1-7 and forecasts 1,000 attendees. The organiser, the Association for Talent Development, publishes the same three-day window on its own site.
ATD Core4 runs the same three days at the same building. The venue forecasts 1,000 attendees for Core4 as well.
Two conferences, one reservation path
The OrgDev hotel page carries two booking buttons. The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis at 1 S Capitol Ave books through hyatt.com/events/en-US/group-booking/INDRI/G-ATD9. The Westin Indianapolis at 241 W Washington Street books through book.passkey.com/go/ATDCore4.
Both properties hold rooms at $195 a night plus applicable taxes and fees, available through 3 September 2026 and based on availability. Core4's own hotel page carries the same two properties at the same rate under the same closing date.
The Westin link carries the Core4 name. One reservation path therefore serves two conferences. Ask ATD to separate the pick-up codes at contract stage.
What the grid asks of the building
The organiser's Schedule at a Glance publishes eight concurrent-session blocks. Three run Tuesday, three run Wednesday and two run Thursday. The venue assigns Sagamore 1-7, so the building turns seven rooms eight times inside three days.
Two 15-minute transitions carry the load. Tuesday's window at 10:00 a.m. clears the General Session room and sets the concurrent rooms. Wednesday's window at 10:00 a.m. does the same job after the Breakfast Panel.
Three 30-minute breaks sit in the grid. Tuesday runs 2:30 to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. and Thursday 10:15 to 10:45 a.m.
The programme carries nine food and beverage windows. Three breakfasts, three breaks, two lunches and one reception. Wednesday's reception runs 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.
Two blocks carry sponsor names. Wednesday holds a Breakfast Panel at 9:00 a.m. and 45 minutes of Solution Sessions at 1:00 p.m.
The account file
The two properties hold 1,074 guest rooms and 77,500 square feet of meeting space, per Visit Indy's connected-hotels page. A 1,000-attendee forecast equals 93.1 percent of that room count.
The Hyatt Regency connects to the centre by walking tunnels. The Westin connects to the centre and to Circle Centre Mall.
Tag every reservation to its conference. Pull the tagged list weekly. Match the list against the registration record. Send the discrepancy list to the account contact. Hold the release at the published closing date.
Set the audio-visual and facilitator count per room before each concurrent block opens. Fifteen minutes separates the plenary close from the concurrent start on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday runs two concurrent blocks and a wrap-up at 12:00 noon.
Dates that hold the file
Registration runs in four windows. Early Bird closed 5 June, Preferred closed 17 July and Advanced closed 12 September. Standard sits at $1,525 for an ATD member and $1,725 for a nonmember. Team rates apply from three people and read $1,450 and $1,650 at Standard.
Three airline windows frame the arrival. Southwest runs 26 September to 4 October. United runs 27 September to 5 October under code ZRVK140770. Delta runs 24 September to 6 October under event code NY4CZ. All three name Indianapolis International Airport.
Re-run the pick-up audit when the Standard window closes. The published closing date is the release pivot.
