A five-property list with prior-cycle date stamps
The Ford 72nd Annual Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show runs Friday 19 to Sunday 28 February 2027 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, 1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis. The organiser publishes its housing on one page. That page names five host properties, prints a nightly rate for each, and attaches a guaranteed-until date to each of the five. Every one of those five dates reads 2026.
Best Western Fishers Indianapolis, 9790 N. by NE Blvd., Fishers, IN 46037, quotes $89.00 for a king room and $99.00 for two queens, with rates guaranteed until 30 January 2026. Homewood Suites Indianapolis NW, 4140 W. 94th St., Indianapolis, IN 46268, quotes $119.00 for a king suite and $124.00 for two queen suites, guaranteed until 1 February 2026. SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Fishers, 9698 Hague Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46256, quotes $99.00 king and $104.00 two queens, guaranteed until 1 February 2026. Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Fishers, 9785 North by Northeast Blvd., Fishers, IN 46037, quotes $126.00 king and $136.00 two queens, guaranteed until 3 February 2026. Home2 Suites Indianapolis Keystone Crossing, 9104 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, IN 46240, quotes $99.00 for a king suite and $104.00 for two queen suites, guaranteed until 3 February 2026.
Each rate carries the page's own "+ tax" qualifier. No rate and no cut-off date for the 2027 edition appears anywhere on the page, and the page publishes no room count for any of the five.
The booking route is a phone line, a reference code and a link
All five entries name a reference the guest is told to give the property. Best Western Fishers and Homewood Suites take "Indy Boat Show". SpringHill Suites, Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites take "Indy Sport Show". All five publish a direct property telephone number, and all five carry a click-through booking link beside the instruction to call the hotel.
The page prints two of its five distances as drive times and three as miles. SpringHill Suites reads 9 miles from the fairgrounds, Hilton Garden Inn 9.5 miles and Home2 Suites 7 miles. Best Western reads a 20-minute drive and Homewood Suites a 28-minute drive. Two of the five stand in Fishers, IN, and three carry an Indianapolis address, one of them at Keystone Crossing.
What the page says about resellers
The lodging page opens with a standing notice. It reads that the listed hotels are "THE ONLY official host hotels associated with our event", and it adds that other hotel resellers may contact a guest offering housing for the trip, and that those resellers "are not endorsed by - nor are they affiliated with - our event".
The notice is the page's own scope statement. It defines the five properties as the endorsed set and places the third-party approach outside it. No reseller is named, no price is attached to the warning and no reporting route is published.
The campground's February rule
The second route on the page is the State Fairgrounds Campground at 1202 E 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46205. It publishes 50 sites, no pull-through spots, 24-hour security, and a full hook-up rate of $45.00 per night plus 7 percent sales tax. The dump station is $5 and the booking fee is $2.50 per site. Reservations are required.
The page states its own February term. Full hook-up service runs during the fall show only, and February carries electrical hook-up alone because water and sewer are shut off for the winter.
The venue's own camping page carries the same rule as a campus season. Full hook-up sites are available April through October, electric-only hook-ups November through March, and the dump station is closed in that window. A February stay therefore sits inside the electric-only season. Both pages give the same arrival step: contact fairgrounds security at 317-927-7520 to have the electrical box unlocked.
The group desk and the admission table carry the same stamp
The site's group sales block is headed with the 2026 pricing line. It quotes $13.00 for an adult and $10.00 for a child, a 15-ticket minimum, a named contact and an order cut-off of 1 February 2026. The admission table on the same site is headed the same way, with $16 general admission, $10 for children aged 6 to 12, free entry for children 5 and under and a $26 two-day ticket.
What the route does not publish
Three figures are absent from the housing page. It carries no 2027 room-block rate, no 2027 cut-off date and no room count at any of the five properties. The organiser also publishes no attendance figure and no room-night figure for the show.
The show carries its own scale line. The organiser's footer describes it as the largest indoor event in Indiana. The venue's event page states over 700,000 square feet of exhibit space, and the organiser's home page states over 750,000 square feet. Parking at the grounds is $10 per vehicle, and the venue lists its own $10 facility charge per vehicle for events on the campus. Shuttles run Saturdays and Sundays.
Against that scale sits a housing route of five properties, none of them inside the grounds, five guarantee dates that have passed, and a campground on electrical hook-up alone in the show's own month.
