DeVeau's Booster Club runs the 35th Circle of Stars Gymnastics Invitational at the Indiana Convention Center on 29 to 31 January 2027, with three named event hotels and a 5,000-attendee venue forecast.

A 35th edition books Exhibit Hall I-K

DeVeau's Gymnastics Booster Club will run the 35th Annual DeVeau's Circle of Stars Gymnastics Invitational at the Indiana Convention Center from 29 to 31 January 2027. The venue assigns Exhibit Hall I-K and forecasts 5,000 attendees.

The venue's date block and its event record both read 2027. Its meta description and og:description still read 29 to 31 January 2026. The structured fields carry the year.

The organiser calls the meet one of the largest volunteer-run invitationals in the country. Three women's gyms and one men's gym will compete on AAI equipment.

Three official hotels and their codes

The organiser's hotels page heads its list "Special Rates for Circle of Stars Invitational" and names three properties. Each carries a street address and one live booking link.

Hyatt Place Indianapolis / Downtown sits at 130 S. Pennsylvania Street, which the organiser places steps from the Indiana Convention Center. Its link carries the Hyatt group code G-CC27.

Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown sits at 110 West Washington Street. The organiser places it a short walk from the convention center by skywalk and a 10-minute walk from Lucas Oil Stadium. Its link resolves to a Hilton attend-my-event page.

Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station sits at 123 West Louisiana St. The organiser gives it walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the downtown dining district. Two full-service restaurants sit off the lobby. Its link carries the IHG property code INDDT and the group code C7Q.

No rate appears on any of the three booking pages. The Hyatt group flow refuses a scripted fetch, the Hilton page renders client-side, and the IHG link carries its group and date fields in the URL, with the nightly figures behind the booking flow.

Two of the three sit on the bureau's roster

Visit Indy lists 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms connected to the convention center. Embassy Suites appears there at 360 rooms and 24,200 square feet of meeting space. Crowne Plaza appears at 273 rooms and 52,107 square feet.

Hyatt Place appears on no connected roster the bureau publishes, and the organiser's own copy for the property carries no skywalk line. The venue's footer counts 4,700 of downtown's 7,100 rooms as skywalk-connected.

The calendar around the booking

The venue's event feed returns 13 records between 1 January and 15 February 2027. Circle of Stars shares its window with the RxHealing Sales Convention on the same 29 to 31 January dates. It follows the Dot Foods, Inc. National Business Meeting on 27 to 29 January and precedes The Indianapolis Royal Weekend on 31 January.

By the feed's own dates, Friday 29 January carries three records: Dot Foods at 2,000, Circle of Stars at 5,000 and RxHealing at 2,000, a combined 9,000. Sunday 31 January carries Circle of Stars at 5,000, RxHealing at 2,000 and The Indianapolis Royal Weekend at 1,250, a combined 8,250.

What the booking puts on the district

Downtown Indianapolis holds 7,100 hotel rooms on the venue's own footer, and 4,700 of them connect by skywalk. The 5,000 forecast equals 70.4 percent of the room base. No source publishes a room-night count for the meet.

The venue publishes its skywalk hours as event-dependent, with a rule of thumb of a lock down at approximately 11:00 p.m. and a re-opening at approximately 6:00 a.m.

The organiser publishes no session times and no schedule page. The arrival spread across the Friday is unpublished.
