Fair Expo Center's 52-event calendar runs 385 days out

The Miami fairgrounds calendar runs to November 2027 with 29 multi-day bookings, seven gun-show weekends across three halls, and 15 dates that carry two events.

The list runs 385 days

Fair Expo Center publishes its booking calendar as a dated list. The page carries 52 records.

One record is running. Sounds of Screams holds the grounds from 24 September to 1 November 2026, which is 39 calendar days.

Fifty-one records carry a start date on or after 18 October 2026, and 29 of the 52 run more than one calendar day. The furthest is Florida Gun Shows on 6 and 7 November 2027, 385 days past 18 October 2026.

No record carries a creation or update stamp. The venue publishes the look-ahead and leaves its own publication date unstated.

Two bookings hold the grounds for weeks

Nights of Lights runs 27 November to 31 December 2026, 35 calendar days. The 2027 Youth Fair runs 18 March to 11 April, 25 calendar days, with the site closed 29 and 30 March and 5 and 6 April. That leaves 21 fair days inside the span, and the rental page states the Youth Fair takes 21 days every spring.

Seven gun-show weekends take three halls

Ten records name three buildings. Seven of them are Florida Gun Shows weekends across Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille. An eighth gun-show date, 18 and 19 September 2027, names no building.

Four records fill four buildings or more. The Tri-County Volleyball Challenge takes five on 30 and 31 January 2027 and returns to the same five on 6 and 7 February. Miami Grit Classic takes four from 12 to 15 February, and ROC International Volleyball Summit takes four on 5 and 6 June.

Fifteen dates carry two bookings

Fifteen of the 52 records share at least one date with another record in a named building. They form seven clusters.

8 to 10 January: Major League Table Tennis in Fuchs Pavilion, with Florida Gun Shows in three halls on 9 and 10 January. 12 to 15 February: Miami Grit Classic across four buildings, with Miami Winter International Open in Fuchs Pavilion from 12 to 14 February. 13 to 15 November 2026: The Allstars Tattoo Convention in Arnold Hall, with Feria de las Americas in Fuchs Pavilion on 13 and 14 November. 12 and 13 December: Nfinity Championship Events in two halls, with the Miami Supreme Holiday Gala in Fuchs Pavilion on 12 December. 27 February 2027: Florida Gun Shows across three halls, with the Birthday Bash in the Blue Ribbon and Carousel Rooms.

Three bookings land on 18 December 2026: the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office Holiday Celebration in the Blue Ribbon and Carousel Rooms, the MD-PROS Holiday Celebration in Fuchs Pavilion, and the Commissioner Roberto J. Gonzalez Senior Holiday Event in Arnold Hall.

A shared date is the calendar's own record of two tenancies on one night. The record states the buildings and states no attendance.

Three clocks run past dark

Blood Sugar runs 8 p.m. to midnight on 30 October 2026 in Edwards Hall. The Miami Supreme Holiday Gala runs 6:30 p.m. to midnight on 12 December 2026 in Fuchs Pavilion. Living Proof Crusade runs 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. across four nights, 7 to 10 February 2027, on the grounds.

A midnight finish puts the departure after midnight. An operator prices the same-night bed against that clock.

An airport hotel sits 8.7 miles out

Two of the venue's five vehicle entrances open onto Coral Way: SW 112th Avenue and Coral Way, and SW 114th Avenue and Coral Way. The rideshare point sits at Coral Way and 112th Avenue.

Miami International Airport sits 6.06 miles from the grounds on a straight line. OpenStreetMap road routing gives 8.70 miles and 20.5 minutes. The engine models free-flow conditions.

Mapped properties cluster west and north. Comfort Suites Miami Kendall, 3901 Southwest 117th Avenue, sits 1.40 miles out. Courtyard Miami at Dolphin Mall sits 2.42 miles out. DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Doral, 10250 Northwest 19th Street, sits 2.82 miles out. NUVO Suites Hotel, 1750 Northwest 107th Avenue, sits 2.76 miles out.

The calendar carries no attendance figure on any record. The rental page publishes its whole visitor ladder as 50 to 50,000, with more than 70 events a year outside the Youth Fair.

How an operator reads the list

Read the list three ways. Dates first: 385 days of look-ahead covers a rate fence set a year out. Footprint second: a record naming five buildings states the scale of that weekend. Clocks third: a record with a 6:30 p.m. start and three nights after it states the nights it needs.

The venue's rental contact is Sira Camilo, Director of Fair Expo Center, at (786) 315-5266 and scamilo@fairexpo.com.

The venue states that it is "not affiliated, nor does it endorse, any activity on its fairgrounds when licensing the use of its fairgrounds to a third entity."

Two acreages on one site

The rental page puts the site at 86 acres. The grounds page puts it at 80 acres with 400 recreational vehicle hookups, 22 acres of asphalt, permanent overhead lighting, restrooms and showers. The venue describes itself as non-union.

The calendar runs from September 2026 to November 2027 and carries no record for October 2027.
