FullScale Takes Sagamore Ballroom 1-7 for Three Days
The Indiana Convention Center lists the FullScale Symposium for October 8 to October 10, 2026, in Sagamore Ballroom 1-7. The venue forecasts 1,000 attendees. The organiser describes a K-12 education-innovation conference.
The ballroom holds 33,335 square feet of column-free space under a 32-foot ceiling. The venue's Facility Guide sets 2,300 seats for a meal function and 3,400 for a general session. The room divides into seven sections.
The Week Around It Fills Up
The venue calendar carries 15 events from September 22 to October 15. October 8 sits inside a run that opens with the Gas Machinery Conference on October 4 to 7 at 900 forecast attendees. The ISBA/IAPSS Annual Conference follows on October 5 and 6 at 1,000. The Emerging Leaders' Summit takes October 7 at 220.
FullScale shares its three days with the American Dental Association Scientific Sessions at 4,000 forecast attendees. The ABC Health & Fitness Expo takes Exhibit Hall A on October 10 at 2,000.
Every date from October 4 through October 10 carries an event. September 23 and 24, October 2 and 3, and October 11 are the open days in the window.
The Rooms Behind the Demand
The venue publishes 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis and 4,700 rooms connected to the Convention Center by skywalk. More than half of the downtown total sits within blocks of the Center and Lucas Oil Stadium.
Visit Indy lists Le Meridien Indianapolis at 100 rooms and 2,668 square feet of meeting space.
The Next Edition Meets More Supply
The Center builds expansion six and the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis at the same time. The venue's expansion page gives the hotel 803 rooms, a skybridge connection and a December 2026 target.
The hotel takes reservations now. A venue news item dated April 21, 2026 announces bookings for stays beginning February 1, 2027. It names the property as the Center's newest headquarters hotel.
The Signia will add 90,000 square feet of meeting space in total. The figure covers a 50,455-square-foot Grand Ballroom and a 15,668-square-foot Junior Ballroom.
