A Sold-Out Room Request In SoMa And A London Edition Scrapped

CoreWeave runs Fully Connected 2026 at Moscone South with NVIDIA as featured sponsor, a closed room-request step and a London edition moved to 2027.

The line

CoreWeave runs Fully Connected 2026 at Moscone South, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, from September 29 to October 1, 2026. The organiser publishes 2,000-plus AI leaders and engineers, three curated tracks, more than 30 breakout sessions and more than four hands-on labs.

Moscone's own event feed carries the same three days and names Moscone South. The organiser's FAQ states the window and the room in one sentence: "Fully Connected 2026 takes place at Moscone South, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. The conference runs September 29 through October 1, 2026."

London pulled

The organiser has moved the London edition to 2027. The London page leads with "Fully Connected is moving to 2027". The next line reads: "Fully Connected London, originally scheduled for 4-5 November 2026, is being rescheduled to 2027. We're taking additional time to develop the technical programme and expand the range of our hands-on experiences planned for the event."

The page publishes no replacement dates. It states: "We'll share the new dates as soon as they are confirmed." The ticket terms read: "Already registered? Existing registrations will be cancelled, and paid tickets will be refunded. Registered attendees will receive further details and updates by email."

The page closes with "We're sorry for the inconvenience this change may cause."

The sponsor ladder

The sponsors page carries a featured slot and five named tiers beneath it. NVIDIA takes the featured slot. The page states that NVIDIA's GPUs and software stack power the vast majority of AI training and inference happening today.

Dell sits alone at Marquee and Vast alone at Diamond. Gold carries Anyscale, Solidigm and Torus. Silver carries SkyPilot, DDN, Backblaze, ClickHouse and Core Scientific. Bronze carries fourteen houses: Standard Kernel, CNCF, Dexmate, CrowdStrike, Datology AI, Everpure, VictoriaMetrics, Teleport, Grafana Labs, Pulumi, FriendliAI, Clock Work, Liquid AI and Union.ai. The page carries twenty-five companies across the six slots.

The home page FAQ answers the same question with its own range: "Fully Connected 2026 offers sponsorship tiers ranging from marquee to Coreweave Ventures level."

The block closed inside the flow

The Register now link resolves to a Cvent flow with six numbered steps: Personal Information, Ticketing, Sessions, Hotel Requests (sold out), Hotel Incidentals and Registration Summary. Step four is closed. Step five stays open.

The organiser's only line on rooms sits in the FAQ: "As you register for the event you will have the option to select a hotel room from the room block. Once completing registration we will send you a confirmation for your ticket. You can expect a hotel confirmation in the coming weeks."

No property, no nightly rate and no cut-off date publishes on the home page, the agenda page, the connect page or the sponsors page.

What the two pages say about the venue commitment

San Francisco publishes dates, a room, a scale line, a closed room-request step and a ladder carrying twenty-five companies. London publishes a postponement, the cancellation of every existing registration and the refund of every paid ticket. Both pages sit on the same organiser domain.

Neither page names a reason tied to the building. The London page names the technical programme and the hands-on experiences. The organiser publishes no replacement dates for the London edition.

The September calendar at the venue

Moscone's own event feed lists four other bookings in the surrounding weeks. Salesforce Dreamforce 2026 takes Moscone North, South and West from September 15 to 17. The Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California holds its 47th annual affordable housing conference at Moscone South on September 24, five days before this event opens. SEMICON West 2026 opens October 13 for three days at Moscone North and South. TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 opens the same day for three days at Moscone West, and Cloudflare Connect 2026 runs October 19 to 21 at Moscone West.

The venue terms

The venue's directions page routes BART and Muni to Montgomery station for Moscone North and South, and names Caltrain at 4th and Townsend Streets. The same page states: "The Moscone Center does not have on-site parking."

The venue's catering page states: "Legends Global is the exclusive provider of food service at the Moscone Center and on the surrounding streets when closed in conjunction with an event."

The district list

The organiser names no property for its block. The Yerba Buena Partnership's roster is the published property list for the venue, and it carries eleven addresses: Canopy by Hilton San Francisco SoMa at 250 4th Street, W San Francisco at 181 3rd Street, The St. Regis San Francisco at 125 3rd Street, InterContinental San Francisco at 888 Howard Street, Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown Soma at 50 3rd Street, The Mosser Hotel at 54 4th Street, San Francisco Marriott Marquis at 780 Mission Street, Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at 757 Market Street, Pickwick Hotel at 85 5th Street, Palace Hotel at 2 New Montgomery Street and Hotel Zetta San Francisco at 55 5th Street.

The roster publishes no room rate.

The rate month beneath the block

Engine puts the San Francisco average at $165 a night across 3.1 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. The publisher labels those par rates, the cheapest publicly available price at the time of each search. September reads $192, sixteen percent above the city average. March reads $197 and December reads $129, a 35 percent spread.
