A consumer show and the housing list it publishes
The Christmas Gift + Hobby Show runs Wednesday 11 November to Sunday 15 November 2026 in the West Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, 1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis. Marketplace Events produces it. The organiser calls the edition the 77th annual show and publishes the scale as 375 vendors and 45,000-plus shoppers across the five days. Show-floor hours run 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
The show's information page carries its housing answer for that crowd: five area properties with street addresses, one group code, one vacation-rental code and a campground rate on the grounds.

The page publishes no rate, no cut-off date and no room count against any of the five.
The one code that carries a percentage
Hampton Inn & Suites holds the only group code on the list. The show prints code HOB beside the property and the line "Reserve today for 20% Off!" The booking link on the page, group.hamptoninn.com/u7jr32, resolves to a Hilton deeplink carrying group code CHHHOB, property code INDKEHX, an arrival of 10 November 2026 and a departure of 16 November 2026. The window opens the night before the show and closes the night after it, six nights in total. The rate sits behind the booking flow.
The rental code
Lazy Sunday Rentals holds the second code. The show describes the company as a local, women-owned Indianapolis vacation-rental company and lists full kitchens, workspaces, free parking and gathering areas among its features. Code LAZYINDYCHRISTMASSHOW takes 10 percent off a direct booking, and the show's line asks a guest to stay near the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
Camping on the grounds
The Fairgrounds' RV campground appears under other accommodations at 317-927-7500. The published rate is $30 plus tax per day with a hook-up and $20 plus tax without. The listed amenities are year-round camping, indoor showers and flush toilets, washers and dryers, electricity, sewer hook-ups, sanitary dumping stations and potable water. The venue's camping page runs full hook-up sites April through October and electric-only hook-ups November through March, with the dump station closed in that window.
The distances the addresses give
Straight-line distances from the grounds run 5.1 to 6.9 miles for four of the five published addresses. Comfort Inn East Indy measures 5.1 miles, Hampton Inn & Suites 6.3, Candlewood Suites 6.8 and Hampton Inn NE Castleton 6.9. The Staybridge Suites address at 9780 Crosspoint Blvd. did not resolve in the address index, so the list carries no distance for it.
The show's FAQ states that no shuttle service runs at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Parking on the grounds costs $10 per vehicle per day.
What the list tells a property
A five-day show with 45,000-plus shoppers publishes five property names and one booking window six nights long. The two codes work as discount instruments. Neither code carries a room count, a room type, a rate or a release date. One of the five properties carries a telephone number on the page. Three of the five carry a link to a booking page.
Every one of the four resolvable addresses sits more than five miles from the grounds on straight-line distance. The published list reaches into Castleton and Keystone at the Crossing, and it carries one property on the east side at Shadeland.
The city inventory behind the list
Visit Indy publishes 34,000 hotel rooms in the Indianapolis metro area, more than 8,300 downtown with more than 3,000 in the pipeline, and 4,700 rooms connected to the Indiana Convention Center across 12 hotels. The venue's own hotel pages route a reservation to a Visit Indy preferred-hotel portal at reservations.visitindy.com. Those venue pages carry no property list of their own.
