The window both publishers carry
The Indiana Green Expo returns to the Indiana Convention Center from 8 to 10 February 2027. The venue event page gives that window in its title block and in its date fields. The organiser's Future & Past Expos page gives the same window under the heading "2027 Indiana Green Expo." 8 February 2027 is a Monday and 10 February is a Wednesday.
The hall record
The 2026 trade show ran in Hall D. The organiser's exhibitor information page, its exhibitor map and its 2026 education schedule all place the 2026 edition in Hall D.
The venue event page carries no location field. The organiser's pages carry no hall for 2027. The 2027 hall is unpublished. The 2027 floor plan and booth count are unpublished as well.
The venue's facility guide gives the hall capacities. Hall D holds 4,500 theatre seats, 2,490 banquet seats, 205 booths of 10 by 10, and 46,800 square feet under a 35-foot ceiling. The guide marks Hall D "No direct dock access." Hall F holds 3,600 theatre seats, 2,670 banquet seats, 248 booths, and 52,000 square feet under a 35-foot ceiling.
Hall F carries the larger floor and fewer theatre seats. A hall change would move those two figures in opposite directions.
What the organiser measured last cycle
The organiser's exhibitor information page carries the 2026 scale lines. It states 150-plus exhibitors and over 2,000 visitors. It names a New Product Showcase and a Trade Show Lounge at the centre of the exhibitor hall.
The venue publishes a forecast of 2,000 for the expo. The 2026 trade show ran two days, 10-11 February, in Hall D. The 2026 education ran three days, 9-11 February, across Hall D and ten further rooms numbered 101 to 117.
The calendar around it
The venue event feed carries 14 records from 20 January to 28 February 2027. Three of those records carry dates inside the expo's own three days.
The Indiana Health and Safety Conference and Expo runs 7-10 February 2027. It opens the day before the expo and closes on the day the expo closes. The venue forecasts 850 for it.
The Core-Mark Expo opens on 10 February, the expo's closing day, and runs to 11 February. Two venue records cover both 8 and 9 February.
The headquarter hotel
The organiser names The Westin Indianapolis, 241 W Washington St, as its headquarter hotel. Its hotel page states that a stay there matters to the event and to each participating not-for-profit organisation. That page lists a block cut-off extended to 23 January 2026.
The 2026 block sits in a Passkey page that now reads "WEBSITE IS NOW CLOSED" and "Reservations are closed." It names one property, The Westin Indianapolis, for 8-11 February 2026. No rate appears on that page.
No 2027 block, rate or cut-off is published. A property planning a 2027 commitment holds the 2026 terms and no 2027 figure.
Visit Indy lists The Westin Indianapolis at 575 sleeping rooms and 42,500 square feet of meeting space. The same bureau counts 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms in its connected package.
The downtown base and the supply line
The convention centre footer gives 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis. It gives 4,700 rooms connected to the centre by skywalk.
Engine's city table puts the Indianapolis average at $128 a night across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. February averages $107. May averages $158.
The venue's recent news block carries a Signia by Hilton Indianapolis item dated 21 April 2026. That item gives 800 rooms and a first stay date of 1 February 2027. It names the City of Indianapolis as owner and the Capital Improvement Board as operator.
The organiser's site carries one 2027 line, and it is the Future & Past Expos window. The 2027 hall, programme and block stay unpublished.
