Four nights at the convention center
The Do it Best Corp. Fall Market takes the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Ave, from 25 to 28 September. The venue forecasts 12,000 attendees. The market's own page counts 9,300-plus attendees and 1,200-plus vendors.
Downtown holds 7,100 hotel rooms. The convention center counts 4,700 of them as connected by skywalk.
The market runs a free shuttle from seven hotels on a 30-minute head. The stop sits near the Maryland Street Canopy, across from the Westin.
The 22-hotel block
The market's housing page lists 22 hotels with a distance band for each. Three carry the label Connected to Center. Six sit at one block.
The rates on that page appear after login. The page states the rates are lower than any online booking site, app, travel agency or hotel chain website, that they apply to market attendees, and that guests should not call the hotels directly.

What the block leaves open
Downtown properties outside the list carry the late demand. Le Meridien Indianapolis sits on South Illinois Street. Engine's Indianapolis set covers 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. The September average in that set is $117 a night against a $128 annual average. Engine defines those figures as par rates, the cheapest public price at the time of each search.
The block rate sits behind the login. A planner who wants the gap between the two prices reads it after registration.
The week after
The venue's calendar puts the MAPP Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference in the building from 29 September to 1 October, the day after the market closes.
The 803-room Signia by Hilton Indianapolis opens in December on the convention center's count and connects to the center by skywalk. Visit Indy takes reservations for stays from 1 February 2027.
