A Ten-Day Indianapolis Show Names Two Hotels, No Rate And No Deadline

A ten-day Indianapolis show prints two hotel names, no rate and no cut-off date, and one of its two booking links carries a stay window that has passed.

A Ten-Day Show Names Two Hotels And Prints No Rate

The Indianapolis Home Show runs Friday 15 January through Sunday 24 January 2027 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Event Center, 1202 East 38th Street. Expo Hall and the West Pavilion carry it. The organiser, Marketplace Events, counts more than 400 booths across the ten days.

The show's accommodation block sits on its Show Info page. It names two hotels and one rental company. It prints no block rate, no cut-off date and no room count.

The Two Named Properties

Hampton Inn NE Castleton Indianapolis is listed at 6817 East 82nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Candlewood Suites Indianapolis NE is listed at 8111 Bash Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Both sit in the Castleton cluster. Straight-line from 1202 East 38th Street, the Hampton measures 6.94 miles and the Candlewood 6.81 miles. Neither listing carries a nightly rate, a booking deadline or an inventory figure.

The Links Behind The Two Names

The Hampton link points at a Hilton reservation URL carrying the property code INDNEHX and a one-night stay window of 26 to 27 March 2026. Those nights fall ten months before the 2027 show, and at this reading they are in the past.

The Candlewood link points at an IHG property page carrying the code INDBS and a destination field naming 8111 Bash Street. It carries no arrival date and no departure date.

The Venue Names No Property Either

The Fairgrounds' hotels page names no property. It tells visitors to book through Visit Indy and routes to a Visit Indy reservations portal. A planner looking for the venue's own roster finds a portal instead.

The city frame comes from Visit Indy. Visit Indy publishes 34,000 rooms in the metro area, more than 8,300 rooms downtown with more than 3,000 in the pipeline, and 4,700 rooms connected to the Indiana Convention Center at 12 hotels with 800-plus in development. Those rooms sit downtown, in a different district from this show.

The Rental Route And Its Code

Lazy Sunday Rentals is the third option the block lists. The show describes it as a local, women-owned Indianapolis vacation rental company offering homes with full kitchens, workspaces, free parking and gathering areas. It offers 10 percent off a direct booking with code LAZYINDYHOMESHOW.

The company's own site calls itself a boutique hospitality company serving guests and vacation rental owners. It lists eight named properties, among them Sunday on the Monon in Broad Ripple and Capitol House downtown. The site publishes no show-specific rate and no stay window. The discount and its code come from the show's block, and the booking runs direct with the company.

The Campground Is The Only Priced Option

RV camping at the Fairgrounds is the single accommodation the show prices. The block gives $40 plus tax per day with hook-up and the camping line 317-927-7500. It lists year-round camping, indoor showers and flush toilets, washers and dryers, electricity, sewer hook-ups, sanitary dumping stations and potable water.

The venue's camping page supplies the season rule a January stay turns on. Full hook-up sites run April through October. November through March is electric-only, and the dump station is closed in that window. A reservation is required before arrival. Check-in runs 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., and arrivals after 7 p.m. are still assisted. Check-out is noon. Monon campground arrivals enter at Gate 6 off Fall Creek Parkway. Cancellations carry three tiers: a flat $10 at eight or more days out, the first night plus tax at one to seven days, and a full forfeit on or after the arrival date. Nine nights at the published rate come to $360 plus tax.

What A Planner Cannot Read Off These Pages

The show publishes no group rate, no room block, no cut-off date and no room count. A planner booking the 15-24 January 2027 run works from two named properties, one rental company with a discount code, and a campground with a daily rate. Each hotel link carries a property code. One of the two carries a stay window that has already passed. Neither listing carries a rate a planner can compare against the other.
