Multifamily Conference Widens Hall H as Indianapolis Fills October

The Indiana Apartment Association takes Hall H on 15 and 16 October with a venue forecast of 950, a wider exhibit floor and six new award categories. Its room block closed on 14 September with no published rate.

Two days in Hall H

The Indiana Apartment Association holds the 2026 Midwest Multifamily Conference at the Indiana Convention Center on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 October. The venue's event page carries a forecast attendance of 950. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. Thursday outside the Hall H entrance.

The organiser describes a significantly expanded trade show hall and puts more than 200 suppliers on the floor. The floor runs 1:45 to 5:00 p.m. Thursday and 12:45 to 3:30 p.m. Friday.

The hall's own figures

The venue's facility guide reads Hall H at 75,200 square feet with a 35-foot ceiling, 6,992 theatre seats, 4,600 banquet seats and 373 ten-foot booths. The guide's narrative section states that the hall will accommodate up to 401 ten-foot booths.

The awards the organiser added

The association adds six new Awards of Excellence categories and a new Prodigy Award this year. The awards reception and dinner runs Friday 6:00 to 9:30 p.m. in the Marriott Ballroom at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, 350 W. Maryland St.

Two attendance lines from two publishers

The venue forecasts 950. The association's own stat block counts 3,000-plus attendees beside 16 industry topics, 20 breakout sessions and 8-plus hours of networking. The two figures measure different quantities.

The block, and its closed window

The association reserved rooms at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. The final date to reserve at the discounted rate was 14 September 2026. The housing page behind the booking link now reads "WEBSITE IS NOW CLOSED" and routes guests to the hotel desk at 317-822-3500. The block header carried a stay window of 14 to 16 October.

No rate appears on any organiser page.
