Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group now manages the Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim. The Provo, Utah operator added the 246-room hotel to its managed portfolio, the company said on 17 September 2026.
The move widens a consulting engagement into full management. Lodging Dynamics had been working inside the hotel since 13 July 2026.
The hotel trades under a Marriott brand.
Two months of consulting, then the handover
Lodging Dynamics began operational consulting services at the hotel on 13 July 2026. The company says it worked with ownership and the property team on guest experience, operational consistency and hotel performance.
The company reports an average improvement of more than 60 percent across key guest satisfaction measures within two months. Hotel Business carried that figure on 17 September 2026 under Gregg Wallis. The release text carried by LODGING Magazine states measurable improvements and publishes no percentage.
The company did not name the hotel's owner. It did not disclose the length of the consulting engagement or the terms of the handover.
The operator
Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is based in Provo, Utah. The company issues its announcements as a hotel management company and datelines them from Provo.
Jamie Caraher appears as president and chief executive officer in the company's releases, including this one.
Caraher on the widened brief
"Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim is a great example of the value we can create by meeting owners where they are and developing solutions around the specific needs of their hotels," said Jamie Caraher, president and chief executive officer.
"What began as a focused consulting engagement quickly demonstrated the impact of pairing a committed property team with the right operational strategy, accountability, and support," he said.
"We're proud of the progress we've made together and excited to build on that momentum as we take the next step in our partnership."
What the operator now runs
Lodging Dynamics takes the hotel's operations and commercial performance. The brief covers guest services, revenue management, sales, marketing, food and beverage, commercial strategy and asset performance.
The company also takes the dining outlets. Those are Tru Grits, an Asian-American fusion restaurant, and a grab-n-go cafe.
The hotel
The Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim holds 246 rooms in Anaheim, California. The release lists the property as a Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor Hotel.
Hotel Business reviews the appointment as a widening of the company's Southern California footprint.
Anaheim is already a Lodging Dynamics cluster
Lodging Dynamics has built an Anaheim base for two years. In February 2025 it took on the Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center and the SpringHill Suites Anaheim Resort/Convention Center. Those two carried a combined 468 keys and stood as the eleventh and twelfth California properties in the company's managed portfolio.
Both sit within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland Resort. The Residence Inn holds 294 guest rooms across nine floors. The SpringHill Suites holds 174 guest rooms, including kids' suites, and runs a rooftop pool with a complimentary breakfast buffet.
What the company did not publish
Lodging Dynamics did not name the ownership entity behind the Four Points. It did not attach a portfolio total to this announcement and did not release a price or a contract term.
The Hotel Business account carries the consulting start as July with no day. The release text carried by LODGING Magazine gives 13 July 2026 and dates its syndication 18 September 2026.
