The Exhibit Floor Sold Out
The Midwest Healthcare Engineering Conference & Trade Show reports a sold-out exhibit floor for its 2026 edition, November 8 to 10 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
The organiser lists 100 or more exhibitors on its attendee page and states that exhibit space has closed. Sponsorship inventory stayed open, with early-bird pricing published through September 14.
Each booth carries two included registrations, one All-Access pass and one Tuesday Trade Show-Only pass. Additional booth staff registrations sell separately.
The venue publisher forecasts 600 attendees. The organiser counts more than 540 at the 2025 edition, so the forecast sits 11 percent above that published count.
One Published Block, 575 Rooms at the Host
The organiser publishes one host property. The Westin Indianapolis, 241 West Washington Street, carries the group rate at $179 per night plus taxes and applicable fees.
Visit Indy's connected-hotel list gives the Westin 575 sleeping rooms and 42,500 square feet of meeting space.
The 600 forecast equals 104.3 percent of the Westin's 575 published rooms on a single night. At $179, 575 rooms produce $102,925 and 600 rooms produce $107,400.
