NADA Miami opens its 24th edition at Ice Palace Studios on 1 December and closes five show days later, on 5 December 2026. The address is 1400 North Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33136. The New Art Dealers Alliance counts over 130 participating galleries and art spaces from 63 cities and 27 countries, with 45 exhibitors showing at the fair for the first time.
The Building
Ice Palace Studios describes itself as a 1920s ice manufacturing plant converted to event space, with a maximum occupancy of 8,000. Its film studios run over 100,000 square feet across four black-boxed stages. The venue lists art exhibitions, Miami Fashion Week and Art Basel editions among its past bookings.
Five Consecutive Show Days
The floor runs Tuesday to Saturday without a break. A VIP preview opens at 10 a.m. on 1 December and runs to 4 p.m. by invitation. The public gate runs 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. that afternoon.
The three midweek days, 2 to 4 December, run 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The closing Saturday opens at 11 a.m. and shuts at 6 p.m. Last entry sits 15 minutes before closing, so the midweek door shuts at 6:45 p.m. and the Saturday door at 5:45 p.m. The five days add up to 34 public hours.
What the Clock Does to Food and Beverage Cover
None of the fair's five public pages names a food outlet, a caterer or a bar operator at the venue. The service day follows the published clocks.
Three midweek days carry eight-hour windows, from an 11 a.m. open to a 6:45 p.m. last entry. Saturday releases an hour and clears the floor at 6 p.m. The opening day splits: a six-hour invitation preview from 10 a.m., then a three-hour public window to 7 p.m.
That shape puts the midweek lunch band and the late-afternoon band inside the doors and ends Saturday service before the dinner hour. A group that wants a seated dinner on the closing night books it away from the venue.
Forty-Five First-Timers
The introduction names five of the 45 first-time exhibitors: Pietro Alexander of New York, Clauda of Prague, FORGOTTEN LANDS of Christiansted, Real Tinsel of Milwaukee and Slip House of New York. It counts 66 NADA Gallery Members on the floor and names Lagos, Havana, Tokyo, Buenos Aires and Kansas City among the cities behind its country total.
45 inside a roster of over 130 puts close to a third of the floor at this fair for the first time. Participants come through a competitive application and peer review.
That split gives a property two lists to work: 45 first-visit exhibitor names and 66 returning members. The fair publishes no booking date, stay length or travel pattern for either group.
The Fair's Public Money Line
NADA donates a portion of NADA Miami ticket sales to the ninth annual NADA Acquisition Gift for PAMM, which funds Pérez Art Museum Miami curators buying works off the fair floor for the permanent collection. The introduction names eleven artists acquired under the initiative.
The fair names no hotel partner, room block, rate or cut-off date on its introduction, tickets, visit, FAQ or exhibitors pages. A property in the district has no partner agreement to join and no allotment to release against this fair.
The Address in the Week
Ice Palace Studios sits 0.68 miles and about two minutes by road from One Herald Plaza, where Art Miami and CONTEXT run 1 to 6 December. The Miami Beach Convention Center sits 5.87 miles and 12.5 minutes away.
A complimentary shuttle links the fair to the Miami Beach Water Taxi at the Venetian Marina. The FAQ promises more information on the service and publishes no departure time, headway or last run.
What the Dates Support
An opening-day arrival with a closing-day checkout books four nights. A Sunday 30 November arrival or a Sunday 6 December departure makes five.
Ask which door a guest holds before quoting the first night. The 10 a.m. preview and the 4 p.m. public gate sit six hours apart on one date, and the preview credential arrives with a morning appointment.
The FAQ offers no group rate and routes large school and museum parties to the fair's own email. Bag check sits at the information desk with limited space on a first come, first served basis.
Five show days, 34 public hours, one address and no published room block. The calendar is the part of this fair a property can plan against.
