PASIC 2026 Property Watch: 16 Indianapolis Hotels From $158 to $252

Indianapolis forecasts 5,200 for PASIC 2026 after more than 7,800 in 2025. The block lists 16 hotels from $158 to $252, with 15 closing booking on November 2.

The Indiana Convention Center forecasts 5,200 attendees for the Percussive Arts Society International Convention. The venue publishes the figure on its event page at icclos.com. PASIC 2026 runs November 11 to November 14 at 100 South Capitol Avenue.

The Percussive Arts Society publishes its own figures. Its FAQ states, “Over 7,800 people attended PASIC in 2025.” Its home page carries a second line: the 2026 event is “building on the record-setting attendance and excitement of PASIC50, with more than 7,800 percussionists participating.” The venue figure covers 2026, and the organiser figures cover the society’s own editions.

A sixteen-property block, $158 to $252

The organiser names MCI the official PASIC Housing Bureau. MCI’s landing page at mcievents.com/pasic2026 carries the attendee block. The property roster and its rates sit in an embedded JSON array on the housing page at book.passkey.com. Sixteen downtown properties hold rooms in the block, and fifteen of them publish a starting rate.

Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown Convention Center, 535 South West Street, lists $158. The JW Marriott Indianapolis, 10 South West Street, lists $252. The published range spans $94.

All sixteen records state a 17 percent tax that the rate excludes. Two records name a per-night district fee on top of that tax. Hyatt Regency Indianapolis states, “Rates do not include 17% tax + Downtown District Fee per night $1 + tax.” Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown states, “Rates do not include 17% tax and the $1 Economic Enhancement District (EED) Fee (also taxable).”

Fifteen of sixteen close on November 2

Fifteen records carry a booking close date of November 2, 2026. The Westin Indianapolis, 241 West Washington Street, closes November 11. The Westin also opens reservation access on October 21, two days after the other fifteen.

Every record publishes the same cancellation term. A guest cancels at least 72 hours before check-in and avoids a one-night room-and-tax charge.

The block’s inventory window runs November 8 through November 16. That window includes the Monday and Tuesday nights ahead of the Wednesday open.

Seven records name an indoor link

Seven of the sixteen properties publish a skywalk, skybridge or direct Convention Center connection in their own description. Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Indianapolis names “sky bridge access to both the Indianapolis Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium.” Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown is “connected to the Indiana Convention Center via sky-walk.” Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Downtown offers “a skywalk directly connecting our hotel to the Indiana Convention Center.” Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is “conveniently connected to the Convention Center.” Indianapolis Marriott Downtown names a “climate-controlled skywalk link.” SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Downtown connects “via a skybridge to Circle Centre Mall and the bustling Indiana Convention Center.” The Westin Indianapolis names a “skywalk connection to the Convention Center.”

The JW Marriott record carries a group line in place of an own link. It places the property “among the five Marriott hotels linked to the Indiana Convention Center.”

The venue publishes its own network count in the footer of its event pages. It states 4,700 rooms connect to the Center via skywalks, against 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis. The connected count is 66.2 percent of the total.

The Signia takes February 2027 reservations

The venue’s news block carries the incoming supply. A post dated April 21, 2026 announces that the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is accepting reservations for stays beginning February 1, 2027. The post describes an 800-room hotel, the city’s tallest, and the Center’s newest headquarters hotel. The City of Indianapolis owns the property, and the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County leads operations. The building sits on the Georgia Street pedestrian promenade in the Wholesale District, with skywalk access to the Center.

The venue’s expansion page states 803 rooms and a December 2026 opening. That page gives the building 90,000 square feet of meeting space and a 50,455-square-foot Grand Ballroom. The two published room counts sit three rooms apart.

Indianapolis holds the convention through 2028

The society’s FAQ dates the recurrence. It states, “PASIC is scheduled to take place in Indianapolis, Indiana, at the Indiana Convention Center through 2028.”

The site nav publishes the next two editions. PASIC runs November 10 to November 13, 2027 and November 8 to November 11, 2028. Both windows run Wednesday to Saturday.
