The Show Publishes Its Own Room List
Performance Racing Industry publishes a hotel list for the PRI Show. The file is a two-page PDF titled 2026 Show Hotel Map and stamped February PRI-26005-HotelListMap. Page two carries the rates.
The list names 36 Indianapolis properties. Thirty-five carry a starting rate. One carries none.
The show runs 10 to 12 December 2026 at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, 100 S. Capitol Ave. The organiser counts 40,000-plus motorsports professionals and 1,000-plus exhibitors. The venue publishes a forecast attendance of 67,500.
Starting Rates Run $161.00 to $299.00
The low row is $161.00 at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown. The high row is $299.00 at the InterContinental Indianapolis (New).
The median across the rated rows is $201.00. The average is $207.14.
Seven rows sit below $190.00. Twenty-two sit from $190.00 to $230.00. Six sit above $230.00.
The list states that these are starting room prices in US dollars. Nightly rates vary by room type and occupancy. The price published at the time of booking governs availability. The rates exclude local sales and occupancy taxes. The booking portal gives the tax basis as 17 percent.
Distance Bands Across the List
The list places each property in a distance band from the convention center. One row sits 1 Block away. Seven sit at 2 Blocks. Four sit at 3 Blocks. Two sit at 4 Blocks. Nine sit at 5 Blocks. Eleven carry the skywalk mark. One sits 1.5 Miles away.
Twenty-five of the 36 sit within four blocks or carry the skywalk mark.
The map footnote defines the mark as a property connected to the show by elevated skywalk, typically indicating 1-2 block distance.

Breakfast, Suites and Smoke
Fifteen rows carry the complimentary breakfast mark. Eleven rows carry the suite-rooms mark. The list states that every Indianapolis hotel on it is 100 percent smoke free.
The Terms Printed Beside the Rates
Three terms sit in the header block. All PRI rooms include complimentary wifi. No deposit applies when a guest books direct with PRI Housing. Reduced show rates are not guaranteed after November 13, 2026.

The organiser names the Visit Indy Housing Bureau as the only official housing partner. A separate booking-alert page warns readers about any company that claims a provider role.
The portal repeats the wifi and deposit terms as block benefits and adds hotel loyalty reward points. It honours loyalty perks under each hotel's own program rules and availability.
The One Row Without a Rate
Signa by Hilton Indianapolis reads Coming 2027. It carries no rate and no distance band. It sits at row 30 of the 36.
What the List Leaves Out
The list publishes no block size for any property. It publishes no room-night commitment, no pickup pace, no attrition term and no property-level cut-off date.
The floor runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on 10 and 11 December and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on 12 December. Those three days carry 23 floor hours.
