A 120-seat room at 2200 Clement St
The 4-Star Theater holds the 21st San Francisco Short Film Festival across seven consecutive nights in October. The organiser's ticketing platform records the room at 120 seats and sets reserved seating off. The venue's own rentals page gives the address at 2200 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121, and the phone line 415.418.6712.
Every live programme carries one General Admission ticket bucket. Each bucket carries a quantity of 120.
The festival window
San Francisco IndieFest dates the festival to 15 to 22 October 2026. The live screenings run seven days, Thursday 15 October to Wednesday 21 October.
Each live programme runs a two-hour block. Opening Night opens Thursday 15 at 8:15 p.m. Funny LOL opens Friday 16 at 8:30 p.m. An Animated World takes Saturday 17 at 8:30 p.m. True Stories takes Sunday 18 at 5:00 p.m. Spontaneous Connections takes Monday 19, Spine-tingling Stories Tuesday 20 and Closing Night Wednesday 21, all at 8:15 p.m.
Six nights finish at 10:15 p.m. or 10:30 p.m. The Sunday programme closes at 7:00 p.m.
What the week can sell
One seat costs 15 dollars. Seven nights at 120 seats is 840 seats. A full house takes 1,800 dollars, and a full week takes 12,600 dollars at the published price.
The platform's counters, read on 8 October, show 125 seats sold and 715 open. That is 14.9 per cent of the week's seats, and 1,875 dollars booked at the published price.
What each night holds
The seven live programmes list 8, 8, 12, 8, 7, 8 and 7 film entries in date order. That is 58 entries across the live week, and each entry sits inside a two-hour block.
The festival's film records run to 89 titles with a total runtime of 1,023 minutes. They name 16 countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, India, Italy, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States and Uruguay. Two of the records credit more than one country.
The room layer the organiser publishes
San Francisco IndieFest publishes no room block, no group rate, no group code and no travel partner for this edition.
Two priced passes sit beside the per-seat ticket: a Live+Virtual Screenings Pass at 95 dollars and a Virtual Screenings Pass at 65 dollars.
The ceiling on the street
The room caps each night at 120 people. The week's ceiling is 840 seats. That figure is the whole of what the run can place in the neighbourhood from the organiser's own record.
A desk that wants the room side of the run has the seat cap, the price and the clocks.
Twelve virtual programmes
The organiser runs twelve virtual programmes across the same window. Each carries a Virtual Admission ticket at 10 dollars with no quantity cap. The platform's counters read 14 virtual admissions across the twelve.
