The Signia Books February 2027
The Indiana Convention Center's news block carries a supply item for the WWETT week. Signia by Hilton Indianapolis "is now accepting reservations for stays beginning February 1, 2027", per the venue's news item dated April 21, 2026.
The item describes an 800-room new-build, the city's tallest hotel and the Center's newest headquarters hotel.
The same item gives the ownership and the access. The City of Indianapolis owns the building, and the Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County leads operations. The hotel sits on the Georgia Street pedestrian promenade in the Wholesale District, with direct access by skywalk to the Center.
Two room counts sit on the venue's own record. The news item carries 800. The expansion page carries 803, alongside 90,000 square feet of meeting space and a 50,455-square-foot Grand Ballroom.
The Show That Takes the Week
The WWETT Show holds the Center February 22-25, 2027. The venue forecasts 14,000 attendees for it. Informa Markets publishes the expo hall at more than 315,000 square feet with 550 or more suppliers.
The venue's February 2027 feed carries eight dated records. What the Gallery Prices

Rates ran from $169 to $270 a night. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Indianapolis Dtn-Conv Ctr held the floor at $169 and Conrad Indianapolis held the top at $270.
Signia by Hilton Indianapolis priced at $265 on the three-night window and on the four-night window from February 21. Four nights at that rate totals $1,060.
Three properties hold the gallery's closest distance at 0.1 miles: Signia by Hilton Indianapolis, Le Meridien Indianapolis and the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. The Hyatt Regency priced at $243.
Availability moved with the arrival night. JW Marriott Indianapolis was the one property in the 23 without rooms on the three-night window. On the four-night window from Sunday February 21, JW Marriott Indianapolis, Marriott Indianapolis Downtown and The Westin Indianapolis all read no rooms.
The Room Count Against the Downtown Base

Opening Date and Cut-Off
