The Indiana Convention Center lists Work Truck Week on March 10-12, 2027 with a forecast attendance of 14,000. The venue's page lists Doors Open as Check event website.
NTEA publishes the full week as March 9-12, 2027. The four blocks are Future Truck Summit on March 9, the educational program March 9-11, the Ride and Drive March 10-11, and the exhibit hall March 10-12.
The Exhibitor Line
The event site counts 500-plus exhibitors. NTEA's own event page counts 500 exhibiting companies. The 2026 edition drew a verified 15,646 professionals from 29 countries and all 50 U.S. states, with 547 exhibiting companies and a sold-out hall. The venue's 14,000 is a forecast for the coming edition and the 15,646 is a count for the last one.
Which Properties Publish Convention Inventory
Visit Indy publishes the connected package at 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms, and the page lists each property by room count with its meeting square footage.
The roster runs as follows. JW Marriott Indianapolis carries 1,005 rooms and 104,482 square feet. Signia by Hilton Indianapolis carries 803 rooms and 235,000 square feet with a 50,000-square-foot ballroom. Indy Marriott carries 650 rooms and 42,000 square feet. The Westin Indianapolis carries 575 rooms and 42,500 square feet. Hyatt Regency Indianapolis carries 499 rooms and 35,000 square feet, with direct connections to the convention center and to Circle Centre mall. Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown carries 360 rooms and 24,200 square feet. Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station carries 273 rooms and 52,107 square feet. Conrad Indianapolis carries 247 rooms and 15,000 square feet. Courtyard, SpringHill Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites carry 621 rooms combined. Le Meridien Indianapolis carries 100 rooms and 2,668 square feet.

The Venue's Own Counts
The convention center publishes 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis and 4,700 rooms connected to the building by skywalk. More than half of the downtown rooms sit within blocks of the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium. The venue also counts 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance and 15 minutes to the Indianapolis International Airport.
Group Booking Status
Registration and housing open in the fall, and the event site invites a sign-up for notification. The organiser and the venue publish no 2027 block, group rate or cut-off.

The New Supply
The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis carries 803 rooms on Visit Indy's roster and 800 rooms in the convention center's own news item. The news item dates its first stay night to February 1, 2027 and places the property on the Georgia Street promenade with direct skywalk access to the convention center.
The Rate Basis
Engine reports an average of $128 per night in Indianapolis across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. March is $122, five percent below the average. February is $107, sixteen percent below. May is $158, twenty-three percent above. Engine labels these par rates and publishes city-level monthly averages.
The Week's Neighbours
The venue's own event feed returns 10 records between February 22 and April 1, 2027. WWETT runs February 22-25 and closes 13 days before the Work Truck Week hall opens. Aloha Indy and Legacy Xtreme All Stars each hold February 28. The next booking after the Friday, March 12 close is the Economic Club of Indiana Luncheon on March 18, six days out. ID Dance Competition runs March 19-21, the Minority Achievers Awards and Scholarship Gala runs March 24, and The H.T. Hackney Co. Annual Convenience Expo runs March 24-25. PopCon runs March 26-28 and the National Catholic Educational Association convention runs March 30 to April 1.
