Ten hotels across seven states
Aimbridge Hospitality has assumed management of 10 hotels owned by a joint venture involving Prospect Ridge and Fulcrum Hospitality. The hotels carry Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt select-service brands and sit across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Maryland, Texas and West Virginia.
Several sit in or near university markets, including Auburn University, the University of Florida and West Virginia University. A number of the assets have recently been renovated, and the rest are set for planned improvement projects within the next few years.
The release names no addresses, no room counts and no brand-by-brand breakdown.
Jacobs on the mandate
"Being selected to manage this portfolio on behalf of these highly respected institutional partners speaks to the strength of our platform and the results our team delivers every day," said Eric Jacobs, chief global growth officer at Aimbridge. "Prospect Ridge and Fulcrum know our people and our operating model, and we're proud to build on that relationship across these 10 hotels."
The release carries no owner-side quote and no financial terms.
