Concord Hospitality adds a dozen properties across three markets
Concord Hospitality has been selected to manage more than a dozen hotels and restaurants across North Carolina, New Jersey and Washington, D.C. The Raleigh company announced the assignments on 6 October 2026. The set mixes established properties moving to Concord management with developments still to open.
The announcement names six properties. Two sit in the greater Washington market, two in New Jersey and two in North Carolina.
Two Washington-area hotels
One Washington Circle, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, stands in Washington, D.C.'s West End. The boutique hotel offers residential-style accommodation, curated public spaces and dining at the Ten Ten West End restaurant.
The Satire, Autograph Collection, sits in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The 180-room hotel recently joined Marriott's Autograph Collection. It carries two food and beverage outlets, The Wise Fool and the Bad Poet Café.
Two New Jersey assignments
The Union Hotel Flemington, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, sits in downtown Flemington and forms part of Marriott's Tribute Portfolio collection. The 100-room hotel carries dining outlets, bars and meeting space, including a restaurant and JP's Lounge.
The Vintedge in Lyndhurst covers hotel-inspired residences. The announcement gives the concept a restaurant and a wine bar.
Two North Carolina openings
Concord will open and manage The Wren in Raleigh in early 2027. The rooftop destination occupies the sixth floor of the Oberlin Hotel.
The Beckworth Hotel Charlotte, Curio Collection by Hilton, places 240 rooms in the historic Johnston Building. The plan carries a ground-floor restaurant, a coffee shop and a rooftop bar. The hotel is scheduled to welcome guests in early 2027.
The portfolio behind the assignments
Concord's portfolio holds independent and boutique hotels and resorts alongside full-service and select-service hotels under Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt. Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company operates from 11410 Common Oaks Drive in Raleigh.
Will Loughran, chief operating officer, said the assignments reflect the confidence owners and development partners place in Concord. He cited the company's digital marketing and food and beverage work as its support for demand at its hotels and restaurants.
What the announcement leaves open
The announcement does not itemise the full set behind the more-than-a-dozen figure. It names no management fee, no contract term and no fee structure for the restaurant assignments. It gives no address, no room count and no opening date for The Vintedge. It gives no room count for One Washington Circle and no month inside the 2027 windows for The Wren and The Beckworth Hotel Charlotte.
