The work
Buffalo Lodging Associates has finished a renovation at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Holyoke-Springfield/North. The property is a four-story, 114-suite hotel at 375 Whitney Avenue in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
The operator announced the completion in a news post dated 16 September 2026. The post opens on the lobby and the public spaces. Both took a blue and neutral palette, updated furnishings and new seating areas.
What the suites took
Each suite took new furniture, carpeting, wall coverings, artwork and a rebuilt bathroom. The hotel runs apartment-style studios and one-bedroom suites. Every unit carries a kitchen and separate living and sleeping areas.
The operator's own account
The post quotes Ciester White, the general manager. White says guests have taken to the new interiors and that the property is ready to receive them. The post carries no guest survey, no occupancy figure and no rate.
What the post does not carry
The announcement holds no completion date, no renovation budget and no named designer, architect or contractor. The 114-suite count, the four-story height and the scope of the work rest on the operator's account.
Hotel Post found no independent report of the renovation. Two geocoders place 375 Whitney Avenue in Holyoke, Hampden County, Massachusetts, at postal code 01040.
