Elizabeth House Reopens to Private Hire

Hotel Indigo Bath has re-launched Elizabeth House for exclusive hire, with a new booking page, a corporate package, a leisure package and a dog policy. The hotel published the announcement on its own news page on 7 October 2026. Hotel Owner carried the item on 8 October 2026.

Elizabeth House sits inside the hotel. A booking takes the whole property: eight en-suite bedrooms, the Parlour, the Historic Kitchen and a private courtyard. The house sleeps up to 16 guests.

Eight En-Suite Bedrooms

The hotel lists three Premium Kings, two of them with a separate bath, two Premium Twins and three Standard Kings. Four of the bedrooms take an additional child, and the hotel offers cots on request.

Guests of the house also use the hotel's bar and restaurant during their stay. The hotel's included block lists exclusive use, eight en-suite bedrooms, two private spaces, a private courtyard and a central Bath address.

The Parlour and the Historic Kitchen

Two private spaces belong to the house alone. The Parlour serves as a meeting room for corporate guests or a living room for leisure stays. The Historic Kitchen seats up to eight for dining and holds a refrigerator, a microwave, an air fryer, crockery and glassware.

The hotel directs larger groups to Brasserie Beau, its restaurant, which holds dedicated event spaces and offers tailored dining for corporate events, celebrations and private gatherings. The courtyard stays with the guests for the whole of their stay.

What the Two Packages Include

The corporate package covers exclusive use of the Parlour as a private meeting room, the Historic Kitchen as a breakout space or private dining area, unlimited tea, coffee and water, a working sandwich lunch with an upgrade option to Brasserie Beau dining, a presentation screen, high-speed Wi-Fi, overnight accommodation for eight guests, each in a private en-suite bedroom, and full breakfast in Brasserie Beau.

The leisure package covers the Parlour as a living space, the Historic Kitchen, a welcome glass of prosecco and three canapes per person on arrival, a tea and coffee station, high-speed Wi-Fi, overnight accommodation for eight guests, each in a private en-suite bedroom, and full breakfast in Brasserie Beau.

The hotel names board meetings, strategy sessions, planning days and team retreats for corporate use. It names private celebrations, family gatherings and small corporate events for leisure use.

A Rate From £2,500 for Eight Guests

Both packages start at £2,500 and are based on eight guests. The Elizabeth House page states that additional guests can be accommodated up to a maximum of 16 for a supplement of £75 per person. The supplement covers linen, towels, welcome drinks and canapes, and breakfast in Brasserie Beau.

The Dog Policy and Where It Applies

The hotel has launched a dog policy alongside the townhouse package. A limited selection of dog-friendly rooms sits within the hotel and within Elizabeth House. The charge is £20 per night for a first dog and £10 per night for a second, with a maximum of two dogs per room.

Dogs receive a bed, a bowl and treats. They are allowed in the bar lounge and on the outdoor terrace. They are not allowed in Brasserie Beau.

Claire Steven, general manager of Hotel Indigo Bath, said the hotel launched the website, the package and the pet policy together. She said Elizabeth House gives corporate and leisure guests privacy and the flexibility to host a business gathering or a personal celebration in the centre of Bath.

The Operator Behind the Hotel

Castlebridge Hospitality appears as the hotel's management company in the site footer, and 87Marketing is credited with the website. The announcement names no architect, designer or contractor. It states no refurbishment cost and no completion date.

The announcement gives no first-launch date for Elizabeth House and no standalone room rate for the eight bedrooms. It states no minimum stay and no booking window. Enquiries go through an enquiry form.
