Lodging Dynamics Takes Four Points Anaheim Into Management
Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has added Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim to its managed portfolio. LODGING Magazine carried the announcement on 18 September 2026. The release dateline reads Provo, Utah.
The hotel sat inside a Lodging Dynamics consulting engagement. The firm began providing operational consulting services at the property on 13 July 2026. That engagement now becomes full hotel management.
Jamie Caraher, president and chief executive officer, tied the change to that first phase. “Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim is a great example of the value we can create by meeting owners where they are and developing solutions around the specific needs of their hotels,” he said. He said the engagement showed the effect of pairing a committed property team with operational strategy, accountability and support.
The Scope
The operator will run the hotel’s operations and commercial performance. The published list covers guest services, revenue management, sales, marketing, food and beverage, commercial strategy and asset performance.
The mandate reaches the dining outlets. Those are Tru Grits, an Asian-American fusion restaurant, and a grab-n-go cafe.
The Operator’s Improvement Claim
Lodging Dynamics reports a guest-satisfaction result from the consulting period. Its release states that the hotel averaged an improvement of more than 60 percent across key guest satisfaction measures within two months.
That figure belongs to Lodging Dynamics. The LODGING Magazine article describes the same period as measurable improvements and publishes no percentage. The operator published no measure set, no survey platform and no baseline period.
The Property
Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim holds 246 rooms. The hotel operates as a Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor Hotel.
The published access set names Disneyland Resort, Disney California Adventure Park, Angel Stadium and the Anaheim Convention Center. The amenity list covers select suites, views of the Disneyland Resort fireworks, a 24-hour heated outdoor pool and several food and beverage concepts.
What the Announcement Omits
The release carries no management agreement length, no fee structure, no owner name and no capital plan. It gives no transition completion date and no staffing detail.
