The Savoy and Liberty London unveil a Christmas collaboration

Liberty London opens a pop-up at The Florist at The Savoy in early October, ahead of a festive season with a tree takeover and a forecourt Champagne bar.

The Savoy has unveiled a Christmas collaboration with Liberty London. The first part opens in early October. A Liberty London pop-up will open at The Florist at The Savoy and take the department store's prints into the hotel's floral boutique and retail space.

A Liberty London pop-up at The Florist

The Savoy dates the announcement to September 2026 and calls the pop-up the opening chapter of its festive season. The Florist is the hotel's floral studio and boutique, where stems arrive daily and are arranged by hand. Belinda Bowles leads the team and oversees the hotel's in-house floristry. The venue opens Tuesday to Saturday, 11.30am to 5.30pm.

What the pop-up sells

The boutique carries a selection of the brand's pieces in its signature prints. The range includes silk scarves and ties, umbrellas, handbags and fragrances. The hotel frames the retail element around festive gifting.

The tree in the Front Hall

From Monday 16 November, the hotel stages a festive reimagining inspired by Jules Verne's Around the World in 80 Days, in partnership with Champagne Laurent-Perrier. Liberty London takes over the hotel's Christmas tree: a fourteen-foot tree in the Front Hall, dressed with botanical elements drawn from the Adelphi Voyage archival Liberty print in burgundy and deep emerald green. Belinda Bowles, the hotel's creative floral design manager, leads the installation.

Champagne on the forecourt

The hotel's forecourt hosts a Champagne bar styled with a hot air balloon from 16 November. The drinks list runs to mulled wine and hot chocolate alongside Champagne.

Afternoon Tea and the festive menus

A limited-edition Afternoon Tea in Gallery marks the season for adults and children. On Christmas Day, Gallery serves a four-course dinner with all the trimmings. New Year's Eve brings a five-course menu of British ingredients, and a New Year's Eve Gala inspired by 1950s Hollywood and the circus, with a Champagne reception, canapés and a midnight Champagne toast.

Amenities across 263 rooms

Liberty London has also worked with the hotel on a bathroom amenities collection, created by LBTY Beauty. The trio of hand wash, shower gel and hand and body lotion carries the Adelphi Sun fragrance, with green notes and citrus over a hand-drawn paisley rainforest print. The collection debuts across the property's 263 bedrooms and suites from late October, and the products are on sale at The Florist.

The rooms and the renovation behind them

The season runs as the hotel nears the end of a three-year renovation, which it expects to complete next March. Guests staying over the winter can book the refurbished Art Deco and Edwardian bedrooms.
