OSKIA takes the spa at Admiralty Arch
Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch has named OSKIA the exclusive spa skincare and treatment partner for the hotel and its residences. Hilton published the announcement on its Stories From Hilton newsroom on 7 October 2026. The operator dates the opening to autumn 2026. The release calls the agreement OSKIA's first relationship with a Waldorf Astoria property worldwide.
The property sits on The Mall in St James's, opposite Buckingham Palace, inside the Grade I listed Admiralty Arch. Reuben Brothers restores the building in partnership with Hilton. The monument takes overnight guests for the first time.
What the operator disclosed
The spa will hold individual and couples' treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room and a hydrotherapy pool. An ice fountain, a fitness centre and a private relaxation area complete the set. An exclusive treatment collection has been written for the property and is available nowhere else, per the release. Caitlin Ryde, recently appointed spa manager, leads the team and runs daily operations.
The release names no spa operator and no management contract. It publishes no treatment, no treatment price, no spa opening date, no treatment-room count and no spa floor area.
The brand behind the products
OSKIA makes its products at its own laboratory and factory in Wales and keeps formulation and manufacture in-house, per the release. OSKIA's About page reads "Born from veterinary science in 2009" and "Founded by Georgie Cleeve in 2009". It describes MSM as a natural form of organic sulphur and states its formulas carry up to 40 actives.
Hilton's release states OSKIA has won more than 250 brand and product awards since launch and has traded for 16 years. OSKIA's About page dates the founding to 2009 and prints "250 International Beauty Awards". The 2009 founding year makes the mark 17 years in 2026.
The building and the team
Admiralty Arch was commissioned by King Edward VII in memory of Queen Victoria and designed by Sir Aston Webb. The building was completed in 1912 and held the residence of the First Sea Lord. The hotel will hold 114 rooms, suites and residences, per the release.
Clare Smyth MBE and Daniel Boulud direct the restaurants Coreus and Café Boulud. Hilton states the two kitchens hold eight Michelin stars between them. Guillaume Marly is general manager. He said: "There is a natural synergy between OSKIA and the hotel. Both are unmistakably British, both are rooted in craftsmanship, and both bring a quietly confident approach to luxury."
Georgie Cleeve, the OSKIA founder, said the partnership puts the brand in "a building as steeped in history as Admiralty Arch".
